I cannot believe that 8 weeks have passed so quickly! It seems like just yesterday he was born and we received the most wonderful gift in our lives. He has been such a joy to us, and has really completed our family. I feel like I have learned so much from him, things about myself, my parents, the Savior, and our Father in heaven as I've had to take care of him. It is the most incredibly challenging and worthwhile experience I have ever had, and every morning I wake up excited to see him and be with him for another day.
One other great component of this experience is seeing those we love loving our baby. It has been so amazing to see how our families have reacted to the little guy, and watch their attachments forming to him. I love that I have others who understand my love for little Nicholas, and who I can share the joys and frustrations with.
I can't believe the time has just come and gone, and I'm sure before we know it he'll be 6 months old, then a year, and then two. Right now I am just enjoying him being such a sweet little guy, my buddy!

We feel like we know little Nicholas because we even get to hear him"talk". What a sweet little boy you have. We love to
watch him grow each time you post a picture. Be glad you are in Calif. where its not snow that keeps you in your house. Shall
we play the glad game?
I still need to know what town he was born in for our Family History records. Would you like a copy of the family group sheet for your parent's and your family?
