Little Things

Some days I feel so grateful and blessed for all the little, but largely significant, things with my boys.

Birthday Boy

We had a very special and fun day to celebrate our favorite 1-yr old! We celebrated by doing all his favorite things, seeing the puppies at the mall, playing on the playground, eating bananas, lots of hugs, party with some friends, and singing all day long. We love Rykie!

Unfortunately for Jared, his work schedule keeps him from joining us on many fun trips, but lucky for my schedule I am free for some fun anytime!

J's family came down to San Diego a few weeks ago and we had lots of fun all in one cool mansion, playing pool, swimming in the real pool, foosball, lots of cooking, and card games too... Not to mention getting spoiled for my birthday!!! We had so much fun, especially with "Baby Dax".

Baby's Birthday

Today is our sweet little boy's birthday.

He has been a joy to our family, bringing happiness and lots of love. Anyone who knows him will attest that he is a sweetheart with an easy, warm smile.

My pregnancy with him was a bit more difficult, and the labor was short but very painful. I figured it meant he would be an easy baby, which definitely was true.
