Day at the Promenade

The best part of living in LA is going to the fun new attractions. One of my new favorites is the 3rd Street Promenade.

On thursday Jared blew off studying for a few hours and we went down for a walk in the shops. We each got to pick something out, and we just enjoyed walking in the sunshine and sipping lemonade.
We stumbled apon a breakdancing group on our way out, and Kiki had to join in...
Nicholas loved having his daddy around, and I have to admit I enjoyed it too :)
Next week hopefully we can get to the beach, if the weather permits. Otherwise we'll find somewhere else to explore.

I can't believe how big Nicholas is getting. Last time I saw him he was like a week old. Time sure goes by fast....and now you have another one! So happy for you guys!

Hey Paige, I didn't realize you guys were living in LA! How fun, we'll definitely have to get together again! I gather from the post about the ants and the Asian neighbors that you are living in the University Villas? We lived there for 2 years and had ants like crazy even though we had them spray and kept everything really clean! A neighbor tipped us off to Terro ant traps, we got them on Amazon and they worked magic. Our apartment was also filthy with dark hair and grease stains all over when we moved in. Yuck! ha ha but once we got cleaned and settled we loved it there. The ward is great, and so are all the cute Chinese neighbors! And can't beat the rent!
Let's get together sometime =) (310) 344-0051

Glad you've made it to the Promenade. Keeping my fingers crossed for Saturday beach day (althou this pouring rain isn't making that look hopeful...)
