Fun weekend? Part 1-The fun part

On the 28th was our 5th anniversary. Since I was doing a race in Orange County Paige had the brilliant idea to just get a hotel down there and make a weekend out of it for our anniversary. Our one mistake though was taking the kids :)

We were going to go down in the morning to see some friends but their kids came down with a stomach thing. So we left during nap time and then went straight to the race expo in the afternoon. Not the most exciting place but luckily for us the expo was right next to some mini farm so we went and showed the boys some animals.
After that we went to this beautiful outdoor mall that had a view of the beach. It would have been more fun but the boys were pretty restless so they were all over the place. It probably didn't help that we gave them their own ice cream before dinner.












After that we went to the hotel and thought the pool would be a good place to wear out the kids.

Ryker likes to just jump in when ever he can even if Dad isn't ready for him, hence the worried face as he is air borne. Keke and mommy making funny faces for the camera.

The next morning I was off to run but the boys and Paige decided to go have a fun breakfast without me
